What a design profile looks like
This is one design profile, applied to a fictional plumber. The profile sets the colors and type. Your business fills the page: your services, your service area, your phone number.
- A quote button in the header that calls you in one tap on a phone
- Service area named right under the headline
- Years in business and "licensed and insured" shown where people look first

Every request comes straight to you. The inbox, notes and pipeline live in your dashboard, which comes with Managed plans.

Sample dashboard
Where every request lands
This is the lead inbox from a sample dashboard, for the same fictional plumber. Requests from your site show up here as they arrive, and in your email too.
- New requests are marked in green.
- Automated steps, like sending a lead to HubSpot on SMB, are marked in blue, so you can see what the system did.
- Export your leads as a spreadsheet file whenever you want.

Hosting and care
Managed: we run it for you. Offboard: you take it and run it yourself.
- Hosting, SSL and your own domain We keep the site online and secure (SSL is the padlock in the address bar). If you bring your own domain, it stays registered to you.Plans: ManagedStatus: At launch
- Live on your Fornax address in under a minute after you pay Your own domain follows once it's pointed at the new site. That's a one-time setting at the company where you registered it.Plans: ManagedStatus: At launch
- Email support Our AI assistant replies first, and Tyler handles anything it can't. Billing questions go to Tyler. Replies within 24–48 hours.Plans: ManagedStatus: At launch
- Monthly search optimization Each month we go over how your site is set up for search engines like Google. It's work we do, not a promise about rankings.Plans: SMBStatus: At launch
- You take the domain and the site files Paid once, then it's yours to host and run. There's no support from us after handoff, but you get written docs and videos.Plans: OffboardStatus: At launch
- Professional Redesign add-on, done by a person A person, not our AI, reworks your site's design. Priced by plan, and not open yet.Plans: Add-onStatus: Waitlist
Not sure which one fits? See Managed and Offboard side by side.
CRM sync
A CRM is the software you already use to track customers and jobs. On SMB, new leads can be sent to it automatically. HubSpot is the only one at launch.
- One-way sync of new leads to HubSpot New leads are sent to HubSpot automatically, and your dashboard marks each one it sent. One-way means changes you make in HubSpot don't come back to your dashboard.Plans: SMBStatus: At launch
- Sync with Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Successware Each is planned, with no date set. In the meantime you can download your leads as a spreadsheet file (CSV) whenever you want.Plans: SMBStatus: Planned
- More than one CRMPlans: Mid-MarketStatus: Waitlist
We're not affiliated with any of these companies. Use a CRM we don't list? Email support@fornaxopsuites.com and tell us which one.
Accessibility and speed
Every site is checked automatically before it reaches you.
- Passes automated accessibility checks before it reaches you We design every site to WCAG 2.1 AA, the common standard for sites that people with disabilities can use.Plans: Every siteStatus: At launch
- Passes automated speed checks, built to load fast on phonesPlans: Every siteStatus: At launch
Our honest line on results
We build the tools that catch leads. We don't promise how many.
The site, the contact form and the lead inbox are there so calls and requests reach you, not a competitor. How many come in depends on your market and on search engines, and no list of features changes that.
- No lead guarantee
- We build and run the site. We don't promise a number of leads.
- No free trial
- You see your actual site before you pay anything.
- No made-up proof
- Sample businesses are labeled fictional, and their reviews are placeholders. We don't claim customers or results we don't have.
See it built for your business first
Tell us about your business. Our AI assistant asks a couple of quick questions, then emails you a demo: your site, with a preview of your dashboard. No cost to see it, and you pay only if you want it.
