Is there a long-term commitment?
Not on monthly plans. Cancel anytime; monthly plans have a 30-day pro-rata refund. Yearly plans are one payment and non-refundable. Every refund rule is on the Pricing page.
Do you guarantee leads?
No. We build and run a professional site with your phone number up front, a contact form and your Google reviews, and every request comes straight to you. How many leads you get depends on your market and on search engines.
What about my domain?
Your site starts on a Fornax web address. If you bring your own domain, it stays registered to you. We never take it over. Choose Offboard and you take the domain and the site files with you.
What happens to my current website and email?
Nothing, until you point your domain at the new site. Your old site stays up until then, and you cancel your old host when you're ready. Your email isn't affected as long as your email (MX) records stay in place; the setup steps show you which records to leave alone.
How do I change my hours or photos?
In your dashboard, from your phone or computer. On any plan you can change your service text, contact info, hours, logo and photos. SMB lets you upload more photos, for your services and team. Colors and fonts come from your design profile and aren't changed from the dashboard at launch.
Am I talking to a person or a bot?
Both, and we'll always say which. Our AI assistant builds demos and sends first replies. Tyler handles anything it can't, and billing questions go to him.
What if I want to leave?
Monthly plans cancel anytime, and you can export your leads to CSV whenever you want. If you brought your own domain, it stays yours.
