How it works after you say yes.
Plain answers for Fornax customers, no login needed: going live, your dashboard, making changes, connecting your domain, and what to do when something's off.
Getting started
From demo to live site in four steps. There's nothing to design yourself and, on Managed, no hosting account to set up.
-
Step 1: We build your site
We build it from your business name, trade, service area and logo. If you reached out to us first, our AI assistant emails you a couple of quick questions before it builds anything.
-
Step 2: You get a demo link
It shows your actual site plus a preview of the dashboard for your plan. No cost to see it.
-
Step 3: Say yes and check out
Reply yes and you get a Client ID, the code that ties your checkout to your demo. At checkout, enter it with your email, pick Managed (we host and look after the site) or Offboard (you pay once and take the site), and pay.
-
Step 4: You're live
After payment, your site is live in under a minute. On Managed, it goes live on its Fornax address and your dashboard login arrives by email. Your own domain follows once it's pointed; see Domains.
On Offboard? You take the domain and the site files and run the site yourself, so the dashboard, editing and CRM sections below don't apply to you.
Your dashboard
On Managed plans, your dashboard is where leads land and where you make changes to your site. It works on your phone and your computer.
-
Lead inbox
Every contact-form request lands here and in your email. Export your leads to CSV anytime; they're yours.
Plans: Micro and SMB
-
Edits
Change your site's content within your plan, from your phone or computer.
What you can changePlans: Micro and SMB
-
Notes and pipeline
Keep notes on each lead and see where it stands in a simple pipeline: the stages a lead moves through on its way to becoming a job.

-
CRM status
Shows whether your CRM is connected, so you can spot a broken connection.

Editing your site
You make changes from your dashboard. What you can change depends on your plan.
| What you can change | Micro | SMB |
|---|---|---|
| Service descriptions and other page text | Included | Included |
| Contact info and hours | Included | Included |
| Your logo and photos | Included | Included |
| More photos, for your services and team (up to 20) | Not included | Included |
| Colors and fonts (set by your design profile, not edited from the dashboard) | Not included | Not included |
We don't write custom code for individual sites. For a bigger rework there's Professional Redesign Waitlist , an add-on done by a person rather than the AI. Details are on the Pricing page.
Domains
On Managed, your site starts on a Fornax web address. Point your own domain at it whenever you're ready.
Start on a Fornax address
Your site works on a Fornax web address as soon as it's live. You don't need a domain to get started.
Bring your own domain
If you bring your own domain, it stays registered to you. To connect it, you update the website records at your registrar (the company you bought the domain from), using the values we send you.
| Records | What to do | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Website | Update them with the values we send you. | Change |
| Email (MX) | Leave them exactly as they are. | Leave alone |
Your current website
Nothing changes until your domain points to your new site. Your old site stays up until then, and you cancel your old host when you're ready.
On Offboard
You take the domain and the site files. Where you host them from there is up to you.
CRM sync
A CRM is the software you use to keep track of customers and jobs. On SMB, new leads can go straight into it as well as your lead inbox. HubSpot is the CRM we connect to at launch.
HubSpot
At launch SMBNew leads push to HubSpot automatically. The sync is one-way: changes you make in HubSpot don't come back to Fornax.

Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for common problems, roughly in the order you'd meet them. If none of these help, email support@fornaxopsuites.com.
- I lost my Client ID.
- We send it after you reply yes to your demo. Can't find it? Reply to your demo email and ask, or email support@fornaxopsuites.com.
- My login email never arrived.
- Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, email support@fornaxopsuites.com from the address you used at checkout.
- I need to change my hours or phone number.
- Use Edits in your dashboard, on your phone or computer. Contact info and hours can be changed on both Micro and SMB.
- Something on my site looks broken.
- Email support@fornaxopsuites.com with a screenshot and the address of the page.
- My email stopped working after I changed my domain settings.
- Check at your registrar that your email (MX) records are still there, and put them back if they were changed. Still not working? Email support@fornaxopsuites.com from another address, like a personal one, since your business email may be down.
- Leads are missing from my CRM.
- Check that you're on SMB and that your dashboard shows your CRM as Connected. Your leads are still in your lead inbox either way, and you can export them to CSV.
Best practices
A few habits that get more out of your site. None of them take long.
-
Answer new leads fast
Speed beats polish. Every request also lands in your email, so you can call back from your phone wherever you are.
-
Ask happy customers for Google reviews
Your Google reviews show on your site, where new customers see them.
-
Keep your hours and phone number current
Update them from your dashboard the day they change, so nobody calls a wrong number.
-
On SMB, check your CRM weekly at first
Make sure new leads are showing up in HubSpot until you trust the sync.
Haven't seen your own site yet?
Tell us about your business. Our AI assistant asks a couple of quick questions, then emails you a demo. No cost to see it, and you pay only if you want it.
